Our group exists to bring professional women together, to fuel passions, and to cultivate business relationships in an organic way while also providing valuable resources and facilitating meaningful conversations within the world of communications (and beyond).

Today, women exceed men when it comes to obtaining college and higher education degrees — but women still only earn 79 cents per every dollar earned by men. So what does this mean for us women at this moment? We must be agents of change. This community doesn't just talk about change — we are the change. It is our pledge to never stop learning and growing.

The Bada$$ Ladies community, founded in Dallas-Forth Worth, is a safe place where women can come together, ask questions, share ideas, and support one another. No competition, no rules — just camaraderie and fellowship.
